They apply to every person who registers an account with us and uses the platform where local law permits. By completing registration and making a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

We aim to notify you of material changes before they take effect, typically via email or an on-platform alert. The updated version goes live on this page, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept any clause, you should stop using the platform immediately and contact support to request account closure. We will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance in line with the terms in force at the time of your request.

All deposits made via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are subject to the transaction rules set out in the Payment section of these terms. That includes minimum and maximum limits, processing times, and the conditions under which a deposit may be held for verification.
